  Sir Harish Kumar is my co-operative teacher at Govt. Boys Primary School, Dharmani Colony, Mithi . He is a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced teacher. During my practicum, Sir Harish Kumar guided me in lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching methods. He always supported me and helped me improve my teaching skills. His guidance made my practicum experience more effective and meaningful. Sir Harish Kumar maintains a positive learning environment in the classroom and treats students with care and respect. I learned many practical teaching skills by observing his teaching style. I am very thankful to Sir Harish Kumar for his cooperation, guidance, and support during my practicum.

  My name is Bharat Kumar . I am studying ADE / B.Ed (Hons) at Govt. Elementary College of Education (M/W), Mithi. Currently, I am doing my developmental practicum as part of my professional training. I am completing my practicum at Govt. Boys Primary School, Dharmani Colony, Mithi . During this practicum, I am getting practical experience of classroom teaching and school environment. I have taught different lessons under the guidance of my co-operating teacher . I learned how to manage the class, prepare lesson plans, involve students in activities, and maintain discipline in a positive way.
