  • What is your complete name?

Response: My complete name is Mr. Vasdev Brahman.

  • What is your age?

Response: 55 years.

  • How long you have been here in the current School?

Response: 10 years.

  • How long you have been here in the teaching field?

Response: 32 years.

  • What would you prefer, a teacher centered classroom or a student centered classroom?

Response: firstly, I was in support of the teacher centered classroom but now after being appeared in various teacher training courses, I have understood,  the value and importance of student Centered classroom. So, observing the needs of 21st century, I would prefer the student centered classroom, because it helps students to grow and develop themselves in an effective way.

  • What are you ideas regarding the involvement of students in co-curricular activities?

Response: Co-curricular activities involve various physical and mental strength and abilities of students. So, when students become part of the co- curricular activities, they get a chance to practice and develop their physical and mental powers. So, definitely, I am all in support of the co-curricular activities for students.

  • Can you please share you experience with me?

Response: yes, sure. I have gotten an amazing experience throughout my service years in education field. I had changed many schools and had always given my best everywhere, I have gone. I have learned a lot of points by being teacher, which, I have not learned being as a student.

  • What would you like to suggest me about teaching based on your experience?
  • Response: I would suggest you to follow the standards for teachers set by the government of Pakistan, which will guide you to improve and develop yourself as a developmentalteacher. With study of, standards for Teachers, you must learn the teaching methodologies or pedagogy and child psychology, to perform your teaching job with perfections.

  Reflection on Non-Observational Tasks The non-observational tasks were an important component of my developmental practicum . These tasks allowed me to actively participate in school activities beyond classroom observation and helped me understand the broader role of a teacher in a school setting.   What is a Multigrade Context? A multigrade classroom has students from multiple grades learning together under one teacher. For example, in a small school in rural Balochistan, a teacher might teach Grades 3, 4, and 5 in the same room, with only one blackboard and a few books.
