CHILD INTERVIEW
Reflection
We would not
be Able to drive a car, if we don't have any knowledge about the car.
Similarly, we would not be Able to teach the students in an interesting and
effective way, if we don't get any knowledge about the students or children.
Interview of
the child has brought me a wonderful experience about the psychology of
children. It helped me throughout, to learn about the expectations of children,
which he has of his teacher, parents, School, his class fellows and of society.
I also got to know about the needs and level of the child which later helped me
in developing my teaching strategies, to plan the activities, to select the
teaching methodologies, to select the assessment methodologies and more
relating the teaching field.
The best
point of my experience or learning I would include here would be this, that
teaching becomes quite easy, fun, enjoyable and most unique, when you get to
understand the child psychology, when you meet an opportunity to know the child,
his level, his thoughts, his emotions, his needs, and his mental strength and
powers. As a teacher, it supports you a lot when you understand and know the
students properly and understand the psychology of the children.
The best
learning I would include here from my experience of interviewing the child
would be that, it really helped me in understanding of the teaching and how it
works around the students or children. Going more this experience has developed
me as a teacher or to be said, as a primary school teacher and understanding of
the child psychology, planning and implementation of my planning, there, in the
classroom, so easily and in the most comfortable way possible.
