My name is Bharat Kumar. I am studying ADE / B.Ed (Hons) at Govt. Elementary College of Education (M/W), Mithi. Currently, I am doing my developmental practicum as part of my professional training.

I am completing my practicum at Govt. Boys Primary School, Dharmani Colony, Mithi. During this practicum, I am getting practical experience of classroom teaching and school environment.

I have taught different lessons under the guidance of my co-operating teacher. I learned how to manage the class, prepare lesson plans, involve students in activities, and maintain discipline in a positive way. Teaching in a real classroom helped me understand students’ learning needs and behavior.

This practicum experience is very helpful for me because it connects my theoretical knowledge from college with practical teaching skills. I am trying my best to improve my teaching style and communication skills.

I am thankful to my college supervisor and co-operating teacher for their guidance and support during my practicum.
