 1. Abstract Summary 

 This report discusses the importance of classroom management in teaching. It explains how a well-managed classroom helps students focus better and supports a healthy learning environment. The report is written in a simple and easy way for B.Ed (Hons) students and teachers. 

 2. Introduction 

 Classroom management means how a teacher organizes and controls the classroom. It includes setting rules, keeping discipline, and creating a good atmosphere for learning. If a teacher manages the class well, students can learn more and behave better. This report talks about why classroom management is important in teaching. 

3. Methodology 

The information in this report is collected from teaching books, research papers, and real life experiences of teachers. Some B.Ed students were also asked to share their thoughts about classroom management. 

4. Findings or Results 

The findings show that most teachers and students believe that good classroom management helps in better learning. Students feel more safe and active in class. Teachers also face fewer problems and can teach better. 

5. Discussion or Analysis 

 From the findings, it is clear that classroom management is an important part of teaching. When teachers plan their classes, set rules, and treat students with respect, the class becomes peaceful. It also helps in saving time and energy during lessons. 

6. Recommendations 

Teachers should get training on how to manage classrooms. They should use friendly ways to control the class instead of being strict all the time. Giving rewards and praise can also help students behave well.
